1. Eligibility for Returns

• Return requests must be made within 14 days from the date you received your order.

• Items must meet the following conditions:

• Be new, unworn, unopened, and unused.

• Be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

• ❌ Hygiene products, including menstrual underwear, intimate musk, and intimate wash, cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.
